Not just another Mars transit / Part 2

Hi, you naughty astrologers, nobody told me that I missed one of the “hot-spots” of the Mars Gemini transit!!!??? I forgot the December 10th 2011 total lunar eclipse!!!
OK, you didn’t notice. Or so I believe ;) Whatever it is, I forgive you :)
Soooo... There’s this total lunar eclipse looming on the 10th of December this year, with the Sun at 18°10' Saggitarius and the Moon just opposite of it, of course, and the south node at 14°17' Gemini. Incidentally, this (the 14th of Gemini) is the degreee that Mars transitted yesterday, along with the Moon having reached its southernmost declination degree (this happened today, actually, on the 12th of July), so there's no wonder that we had extreme weather in many parts of the world during these last couple of days (hailstorms in my country and extreme heat elsewhere), and that Philipinnes were shaken by a mag. 6.4 degree, and that a boat near Kazan, Russia, sank in the Volga river and 128 people drowned, mainly children. OMG. What bad energies. R.I.P.
The location of the river accident - just a bit east of 55°49' N, 49°08 E (coordinates of Kazan) - lies almost exactly on the Mars/IC line for the December 10th lunar eclipse!!!
This shows how the first sensitive degree of the said eclipse (the degree of the lunar node) has been activated during these last two days, but there's more to come, unfortunately. We can expect another bout of bad fortune around July 17th when Mars reaches the 18th degree of Gemini. I'd extend this date a bit further because the Moon will cross the equator, passing over Saturn and Uranus in the two days following the 17th, so I'd say we have another sensitive period between July 17th and July 19th (this year, of course).
What regions will be affected? Let's take look at the map!

I must confess that I'm a little bit worried over the fact that the Californian region, Los Angeles in particular, is being "hit" by Uranus (on the IC) - a somehow continuing feature in this Gemini/Saggitarius eclipse row. We also have the Sun and the node on the ascendant line, acting as another "pull" in that area. That, in itself, doesn't mean that a stronger earthquake will take place, but it does put some additional strain on the grounds below that area. It takes many such "pulls" before something actually happens, and it's very hard to say, at this stage in our science, how many pulls a certain area has to experience before two plates actually collide, or pull apart, or do whatever they have to do to make the Earth shake. We (not just astrologers but the seizmologists as well) know far too little about the bowels of our Earth to be able to predict the nature and magnitudes of earthquakes and other natural phenomena.
The full duration of the eclipse will be visible from most of Russia, Japan, Asia, Australia etc. (see http://eclipsegeeks.com/TotalLunarEclipse10December2011.aspxjapan ), but what strikes me as particularly interesting is the fact that the lunar line runs right over Japan (Tokio). This line is going to be activated around July 17th, causing stress. One should be careful walking the streets of Tokio these days, I should say. I mean, I wouldn't. Although - again - we have no reason to suspect that anything in particular might happen. An increased number of smaller accidents perhaps. We shall see.
There's the Uranus/descendant line passing over the group of islands in the Ring of Fire region between Australia and New Zealand, making that a sensitive region too.
I'm leaving it to you to make your own conclusions. We'll see. After all, lunar eclipses are said to have an effect only some 6 weeks before they actually happen. But, as I said, my experience tells me that total eclipses, be it solar or lunar, can be felt much sooner. There're 5 months until December. But the effects of the Mars transit over the nodal degree has already been felt - with which you may or may not agree. This is just my little blog, after all ;)
I'd just like to add that Serbia (Balkan region), experienced an extreme heatwave during the last few days, and as you can see, Belgrade (the capital) has the node /descendant connection to the said eclipse. A coincidence?
ANOTHER UPDATE
This concerns the past. Remember I told you about my prediction of an increased earthquake possiblity in the days between the 4th and 8th July, mentioning New Zealand in the second place? Well I put Japan in the first place. (It's on my fb site http://www.facebook.com/pages/Astrologija-Ema-Kurent/116722679009 ) although in Slovenian only. And, to be true, I wondered why nothing happened in Japan at that time, because a stronger earthquake there seemed somehow more logical, considering the fact that the June 1st partial solar eclipse (which was activated during those days) started in Japan. To understand what I mean, please see the figure below which I'm posting by kind permission of Bill Meridian who posted it to me privately a month or so ago, in reply to my query on the "extension lines" which he mentions in his book on eclipses.
But before looking at the graph, let me tell you (in case you didn't know) that the Japan (Honshu) region was hit by a strong mag. 7.0 earthquake on the same day that I posted my previous blog (early on July 10th), the stressful period being somehow over at that time but with the next stressful period (July 10th-12th), related to another eclipse, already creeping in.

Re: UPDATE on the "Not just another Mars transit" blog
Mars is triggering events in my own life daily here it would seem.
The book I mentioned in my previous comment- Cascadia's Fault- gives a time of 9pm, January 26th, 1700 for the last major earthquake/tsunmai on the Cascadia fault (9+).
The chart (I used Seattle) shows Mars INCONJUNCT Uranus. The next Mars inconjunct Uranus I can see will take place on November 12, 2011- one month before the December Total Lunar Eclipse. Take a look at this chart if you get the chance- an extremely interesting one! I'd like to know what you think.

Re: Not just another Mars transit / Part 2
Hi Carl, very interesting, thank you! I checked that quake and it seems to be linked to the total lunar eclipse of 5th March 1700 which had Saturn on the IC and Mars on ascendant for that region, while the partial solar eclipse of February 19th that year had Pluto on the ascendant there. And the solar hybrid eclipse of September 1699 (the previous eclipse) had Saturn on the descendant and Mars and Pluto on the asc. That's all very stressful plus of course that Uranus was on 23,5 north. It's on the equator this year :(

Re: Not just another Mars transit / Part 2
Stronger earthquakes don't shake Europe often but there have been 2 during the last two days, one in Serbia yesterday (4.3) and one in Bologna, Italy (4.9) a couple of hours ago. OK I didn't mention Italy in this blog but I did say that we can expect increased seizmic activity around July 17. There has also been increased activity in the California region, as I suspected. And there was a 6.1 quake in Alaska yesterday. It's coming on quite strong...

re:
earthquakes are caused by faulting, a sudden lateral or vertical movement of rock along a rupture (break) surface. Here's the longer answer at www.tulleeho.org
